About the role
We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Lahore. You will work across the stack, building mobile apps in React Native and backend services in Node.js for clients in fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, and construction.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one. You will ship features, fix bugs, review code with senior engineers, and learn how production software is built and maintained for paying clients.
The role is on site at our Johar Town office.
What you will do
- Build and maintain mobile apps with React Native and backend APIs with Node.js
- Implement features end to end, from database and API to UI
- Write clean, tested code and take part in code reviews
- Debug and resolve issues across mobile, web, and server
- Work with senior engineers and project leads to scope and estimate tasks
- Communicate progress clearly and document what you build
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience building applications with React Native
- Experience with Node.js and building REST APIs
- Solid JavaScript or TypeScript fundamentals
- Understanding of databases and basic SQL
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows
- Able to work on site in Johar Town, Lahore
- Clear written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience with Electron.js for desktop applications
- Exposure to Next.js or React on the web
- Published apps on the App Store or Google Play
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Vercel
